According to the results of the forum is planned:
- online and offline discussion of the Forum issues on the co-organizers’ websites;
- publication of the materials of the Forum according to the electronic registration of the participants and submitted abstracts by the authors (deadline – 03.2019 y.):
Requirements for abstracts: Page format A4, fields (all) 2.5 cm, font Times New Roman, point 14, line spacing of 1.5; to the right of the author’s surname and initials in bold, followed by the name of the educational establishment / institution, organization, locality, the author’s e-mail address, in italics; Next the title of the article in the center of the line is LARGER letters in bold font size. The next line is an abstract and key words in italics with alignment in width. Then, after skipping one line, the text of the article, after which, the LITERATURE (list of sources used, references in the text to the literature and sites are written in square brackets). Theses no more than 3 pages.
Warning! The cost of participation in the event consists of: an organization fee of 100 UAH (organization costs, correspondence and issuance of a certificate), publication of an electronic collection (100 UAH) or printed – on request (150 UAH) – for participants from Ukraine. Representatives of foreign countries pay a participation in the Forum for the designated positions of the indicated amounts in accordance with the conversion of the currency of the participating countries into the Ukrainian hryvnia. The details of the payment are given to the participants of the Forum after confirmation by the organizing committee of inclusion in the program of speeches and abstracts, which will be sent by e-mail message indicated by the electronic registration.

Mission of the forum: introduction of ideas for building a united open information educational space by combining efforts of scientific institutions and educational establishments of Ukraine and European countries, as well as those countries that have chosen the priority way of sustainable development of science and education.
